Event Design Fee Starting at $3,800 (this does not include decor, rental and floral elements etc).

From fleurs and furniture rentals to décor details, stationery, signage, and statement installations, Event Design is where every visual element of your celebration is thoughtfully curated and styled to create a cohesive atmosphere.
While the industry might call this “decorating,” we see it differently. We’re not simply selecting items from a rental catalogue and placing them in a room — we’re designing an environment. One that reflects your vision, tells your story, and transforms a space into something unforgettable.
Whether it’s a wedding celebration, fundraising gala, corporate event, or brand gathering, our role is to ensure every aesthetic element works together seamlessly — from the ceremony or welcome moment through cocktails and into the reception or main event.

OUR APPROACH
CONSULTING
Every event begins with a comprehensive design consultation where we explore your vision, aesthetic preferences, and the overall atmosphere you want to create.
From there we develop visual inspiration boards, layout concepts, and ceremony/reception floorplans that establish the design direction for the event.
You’ll receive a curated design proposal outlining décor, fleur elements, signage, stationery, and other visual details that bring the concept to life.
SOURCING + CREATION
Once the design direction is confirmed, we begin sourcing and coordinating the elements required to execute the vision.
This includes working with trusted rental suppliers, artists, printers, florists, and specialty vendors to secure décor pieces, develop custom fleur designs, produce stationery and signage, and source or create any unique details required for the event.
Our extensive knowledge of venues, rental inventories, floral seasonality, and specialty suppliers allows us to curate design solutions that are both beautiful and practical.
INSTALLATION + STYLING
On event day, our team oversees and executes the full installation and styling of the design elements.
From large-scale installations to the smallest tabletop details, we ensure everything is placed and styled exactly as envisioned.
Additional design staff may be brought in depending on venue access, installation timelines, and the scale of the event.

Our process includes concept development, sourcing, custom floral design + full setup + teardown, so you don’t lift a finger. LOOKIN’ FOR FLORAL DESIGN?
Many weddings/events already have a Designer/Decorator hired, in which case, we are hired to fill the role of florist only :) Or couples who are keeping the decor very simply and minimal/DIY, hired us for A La Carte florals as it's the most economic option.
A La Carte is our most streamlined option. You provide inspiration (Pinterest board or images) and select items from our A La Carte menu. We create a proposal based on your selections.
Full Floral Design includes consultation and collaborative design development. We work from floorplans, colour palettes, and coordinate with the Event Designer (if not us) to ensure the florals align cohesively with the overall aesthetic.
If we are hired as your Event Designer, floral design is integrated into that scope.
