These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fleurescent Blooms + Rentals website and services. By accessing this website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

Fleurescent Blooms + Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides floral design, event styling, and rental services for weddings, events, and installations. These Terms apply to all website users and clients.

2. Services & Bookings

All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon:

  • Signed agreement/contract

  • Receipt of a non-refundable retainer

We reserve the right to decline inquiries or bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date

  • Remaining balances are due prior to your event date (as outlined in your contract)

For rental items:

  • A damage deposit may be required

  • Clients are responsible for loss, theft, or damage

Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Retainers are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made after booking may forfeit additional payments as outlined in your contract

  • Date changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed

We understand plans evolve and will do our best to accommodate reasonable adjustments.

5. Floral & Product Substitution

Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. While we strive to match your vision:

  • Specific blooms are not guaranteed

  • Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made due to availability, weather, or supply issues

Design integrity and overall aesthetic will always be maintained.

6. Rentals

For all rental items:

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received

  • Cleaning, damage, or replacement fees may apply

  • Late returns may incur additional charges

Full details will be outlined in your rental agreement.

7. Event Conditions & Liability

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and suitable environment for installation and setup

  • Ensuring proper permissions at venues

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by weather, venue conditions, or third parties

  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control

8. Photography & Use of Work

We reserve the right to photograph and document our work for:

  • Website portfolio

  • Social media

  • Marketing and promotional use

By working with us, you grant permission for images of your event (excluding personal sensitive information) to be used unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and design—is the property of Fleurescent Blooms + Rentals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with its functionality or security

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleurescent Blooms + Rentals shall not be liable for:
